About the Role We are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR and recruiting team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in call center, healthcare, or hospitality recruiting who wants to expand their experience in a corporate or professional services setting. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of roles including intake specialists, client relations, case management paralegals, and administrative assistants. • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles. • Develop and post job descriptions, source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.), and manage applicant flow efficiently. • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide timely communication with candidates and hiring teams. • Maintain accurate and organized records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Support ongoing process improvements to streamline recruiting operations and enhance candidate experience. • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Qualifications • 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume environment. • Experience recruiting for entry-level or administrative roles strongly preferred. • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, “churn and burn” setting with shifting priorities. • Prior experience in call center, healthcare, or hospitality industries is a plus. • Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent tools).
