What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles. - You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You have a basic understanding of tax preparation or a willingness to learn quickly. - You are comfortable using computer software and navigating multiple systems simultaneously. - You demonstrate patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities when assisting customers. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in tax preparation or financial services. - Familiarity with TurboTax software or similar tax software. - Previous experience in a remote work environment. - Multilingual abilities to support a diverse customer base.
