Work from home with TurboTax Product Expert • Get paid $24 per hour¹ • Get a $405 Certification bonus³ • Work from home & set your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday • Earn an additional $5/hr from April 9–15 for all hours worked • Fast 24 hour Certification³ Compensation Breakdown: • Earn Up to $24.00 Per Hour Based on total weekly compensation when working 45+ hours per week • Base Pay • $18.50 per hour Includes: • Guaranteed hourly pay • Includes $3.00 Network Fee component • Paid on every hour worked • Weekly Bonus Opportunities • Up to $250 per week • Bonuses are performance & schedule based: • Hours Worked Bonus • $100 Weekly Bonus when you work 36 – 44.99 hours • $100 Weekly Bonus when you work 45+ hours • TNPS Performance Bonus • $50 Gift Card when you achieve: • 4 or more TNPS Promoters in a single day • Zero TNPS Detractors that same day As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions.
