What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Basic understanding of tax preparation or willingness to learn quickly. - Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate software applications. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
