What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support or software environment. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You possess basic technical proficiency with software applications and troubleshooting. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting. - You have excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
