What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Basic understanding of tax preparation software or willingness to learn. - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers effectively. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Proficient with computers and common software applications.
