We are entering a major growth phase and are seeking a highly experienced Operations Director to lead and scale our operational strategy. The Operations Director will oversee all day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, safety, and alignment with company growth objectives. This role requires a strong leader with experience managing cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations.
