Business Application Analyst II 📍 Location: Los Angeles, CA 90032 / REMOTE PST ONLY 💼 Job Type: Direct Hire 💰 Pay Rate: $45–$50/hr (Non-Exempt) 🕗 Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM This role is primarily business application and workflow focused, supporting ERP, Finance, HR, Payroll, Kronos, and Lawson systems. About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Business Application Analyst II to join our Medical Enterprise IS Department. In this role, you will work closely with vendors, system owners, and leadership to design, implement, and support critical business applications, with a focus on Kronos Timekeeping and Scheduling (Workforce Central). You will play a key role in system configuration, data integrity, security, upgrades, and reporting to optimize workflows across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Configure, implement, and maintain Kronos Timekeeping & Scheduling applications, ensuring reliability and accuracy. • Support full system lifecycle activities: scoping, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live. • Serve as application administrator, maintaining system security, data integrity, and vendor communications. • Design and deliver reporting solutions using tools such as SQL, QlikView, Lawson BI, Infor BI, and Kronos Genies. • Partner with internal teams to identify system gaps, improve workflows, and drive efficiency. • Manage upgrades, conversions, and integrations with related enterprise systems. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or 7+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree). • 3+ years of relevant IT/IS experience, including 2+ years in healthcare environments. • 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle implementations. • Proven expertise in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) configuration and support. • Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) preferred. • Background in Lawson, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Finance, or Supply Chain systems is a plus. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Work Environment & Schedule: • Remote work available (PT or CT time zones only). • Occasional onsite presence required (2–4 times per year). • Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PT). • Direct hire with comprehensive benefits package.
