Tucker Freight Lines is hiring experienced CDL A truck drivers to join our fleet. We offer generous pay packages with comprehensive benefits and bonus opportunities. OTR Open Deck Company Drivers • Drivers earn up to $105,000 per year* • Average weekly pay: $1,700 – $2,200 • Mileage pay: 81 CPM • Bonus opportunities and stop pay available • Home every 3 weeks • Primarily running Midwestern and Southern states • Most loads are pre-loaded and secured • Equipment: 2024 Freightliners & Kenworths equipped with APUs & upgraded trim packages • Hauling Flatbed, Step deck, & RGN trailers • No previous open deck experience required, training provided Company Driver Benefits • Medical, dental, & vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Health savings account • Paid time off • Paid orientation • Up to $7,500 driver referral bonus • Pet & rider policies • Quarterly bonuses • Pay varies by experience level and production.
