We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This individual will sit in our Farmers Branch office and serve as the sole HR professional for the organization, supporting a multi-state, multi-entity work environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing all aspects of Human Resources while partnering closely with leadership and employees. Responsibilities • Manage all employee lifecycle processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer preparation, and onboarding • Process and administer monthly payroll through Alliance HCM • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and annual open enrollment through Employee Navigator • Coordinate and support the company's 401(k) plan through John Hancock • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and HR-related matters • Partner with managers on employee relations, performance concerns, coaching, and disciplinary matters • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Manage workers' compensation claims, unemployment claims, leave administration, and related compliance activities • Develop, update, and maintain employee policies, procedures, and handbook materials • Prepare HR reports, audits, and other administrative documentation as needed • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, company events, recognition programs, and internal communications • Support leadership with special projects and other operational initiatives Qualifications • 3-5+ years of Human Resources experience with progressive responsibility • Experience managing payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements • Experience supporting a multi-state workforce preferred • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms • Experience with Alliance HCM, Employee Navigator, and/or John Hancock is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred but not required What We Offer • Competitive compensation • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) plan with company match • Paid time off and company holidays • Flexible work environment • Opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing organization If you are an HR professional who enjoys owning the full employee experience and working closely with leadership to support a growing business, we encourage you to apply.
