Operations Support Intern Intern Will Report To: Equipment and Facilities Assistant Manager Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing operational data to identify trends and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support the Operations team in decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and support ongoing projects. Participate in team meetings and projects to contribute to the continuous improvement of operations. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Data Science or a related field. Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Project,etc.) Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is a plus (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate complex data insights to a wide range of stakeholders clearly and concisely. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
