What You’ll Do • Build long-term partnerships with independent health and life insurance agencies and agency leadership across your territory. • Act as a strategic advisor to agency owners and managers—listening deeply to their challenges and growth goals. • Demonstrate how technology can enhance agent productivity, simplify compliance, and support scalable growth. • Travel throughout the metro region to meet partners face-to-face (local and limited overnight travel). • Partner with internal onboarding, support, and compliance teams to ensure agency success. • Stay closely informed on market trends, carrier changes, and evolving agency challenges. • Own and grow your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset while consistently meeting performance goals. Compensation & Benefits • Base salary Quarterly & Annual Commissions: On Target Earnings of $150K- $170K ++ to start • Full travel expense reimbursement • Company-provided laptop and all required technology • Paid training and ongoing support • Flexible schedule with home-office setup • 10 days PTO + 5 personal days, all federal holidays • Health insurance allowance: $500/month • Opportunity to play a key role in a major 2026 expansion initiative.
