Job Summary Tryfacta is seeking a Business Analyst - SharePoint Online Migration to support a large-scale SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online migration initiative for a public sector client. This role will focus on requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and migration planning to ensure a smooth transition and successful business adoption. Position Title Business Analyst - SharePoint Online Migration Location Remote (Must be located within the United States) Duration 6 months (Anticipated start: February 2026) Extension possible based on project needs Work Schedule Full-time Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST Pay Rate Open / Not specified Responsibilities • Gather and document business and technical requirements for SharePoint Online migration • Develop documentation, wireframes, and Excel workbooks to support migration planning • Identify site content to be migrated, decommissioned, or remediated • Define requirements for Power Platform applications and InfoPath form replacements • Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus on migration sequencing and priorities • Support in-flight and new SharePoint Online development requests • Participate in weekly status meetings and provide progress updates to project leadership Must-Have Qualifications • 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience • Proven experience with website or content migration projects • Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements documentation skills • 2+ years working with SharePoint 2019 and/or SharePoint Online as an end user or site owner • Experience working in structured, standards-driven environments Preferred Qualifications • Project management experience • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform • Prior public sector or SLED project experience EEO Statement Tryfacta, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, citizenship, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws, including disabled status, or genetic information.
