Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Commercial/Enterprise Account professional. The role involves managing customer relationships, understanding client needs, and developing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Key day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, providing insightful recommendations, managing accounts, assisting with financing options, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate solutions • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams • Proven expertise in Customer Service and building strong client relationships • Experience in Account Management with the ability to oversee and grow commercial and enterprise accounts • Proficiency in CRM tools and a customer-oriented mindset • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Familiarity with IT solutions, including networking and managed services, is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
