Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a leading international law firm in its search for a Corporate Immigration Attorney on a long-term contract basis. This temporary position will require some on-site work every week in the firm's Washington, DC office. This project involves assisting the firm’s current practice group with all facets of corporate immigration, especially planning for and handling the H1B process, including the pre-approval work, review, drafting and preparation; the PERM green card sponsorship process; and policy reviews and compliance audits. Qualifications: • Must reside in the Washington, DC area and be able to work in the firm's DC office on a hybrid basis. • Must be licensed to practice law, in good standing, in Washington, DC. • 2+ years of current experience handling corporate immigration. • Must have experience with Corporate Visas (H1-B), with the PERM immigration process, and drafting RFE’s. • Ability to successfully work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines. • Strong attention to detail. • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time. Pay rate: Commensurate with experience, starting at $90/hour. This is a great opportunity to work with an international and prestigious firm and be an essential member of a busy team!
