Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior FullStack Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, NodeJS, and MongoDB, with a strong focus on testing and performance optimization. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills to drive our projects forward. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, GraphQL, NodeJS, and MongoDB. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative development environment. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. Qualifications Proficiency in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, NodeJS, and MongoDB. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks. Experience with performance optimization techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a development team. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B software systems.
