Our robust team of in-house, U.S-based Microsoft architects and engineers are certified in all 6/6 Microsoft Solutions Partner Designations in the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program. Prioritizing a people-centric mission, TrustedTech has transformed the Microsoft software licensing experience, giving IT professionals complete confidence in the success of their Microsoft investment. Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Content Manager to lead our in-house creative team, manage external PR efforts, and co-own sales enablement initiatives. This role is ideal for a content leader with 8–10 years of experience managing client-side teams, with some agency exposure. The Senior Content Manager will be responsible for driving content strategy, execution, and performance across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of content professionals, including writers and designers. • Own the development, execution, and calendar of a comprehensive content strategy across blog, web, email, PR, paid media, social media, and sales enablement assets. • Coordinate creative direction and asset delivery for multi-channel distribution • Collaborate with external PR partners to amplify brand visibility and thought leadership. • Develop content that supports lead generation and supports sales enablement. • Oversee editorial calendars, campaign messaging, and creative production workflows. • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategy and execution. • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Microsoft ecosystem developments. • Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and executive stakeholders. • Monitor competitor content and industry trends to identify new content opportunities and maintain thought leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves): • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. • 8–10 years of experience in content strategy, social media, and team leadership. • Proven success in managing in-house creative teams and external partners. • Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex initiatives. • Experience in B2B tech marketing, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem. • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Skills & Qualifications (nice-to-haves): • Agency experience or hybrid background (client + agency). • Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM-integrated content workflows. • Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and audience segmentation. • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. • Understanding the Microsoft ecosystem.
