5+ years marketing experience, project management, leadership skills, ability to work independently and in teams, and experience managing customer-driven marketing automation initiatives.
Description: • Identify life stage events ripe for x-sell or upsell. • Forecast financial impact, align with stakeholders to test, and implement the concept. • Identify consumer pain points and define marketing automation to optimize the delivery of the solution to customer opportunities. • Define data sources for events. • Build value propositions for email capture in collaboration with functional business owner. • Assess VNB, ROC, and ME associated with campaigns. • Collaborate with analytics on A/B and multivariate testing across campaigns. • Develop prioritization framework for campaign optimization. • Utilize six sigma principles for variation reduction. • Determine best reach out method for life event and demographic. • Develop new/innovative use cases using the customer data platform. • Extend the use of the customer data platform to new audiences, channels, and products. • Collaborate with stakeholders to socialize channel best practices.
