Full Description

Description: • Identify life stage events ripe for x-sell or upsell. • Forecast financial impact, align with stakeholders to test, and implement the concept. • Identify consumer pain points and define marketing automation to optimize the delivery of the solution to customer opportunities. • Define data sources for events. • Build value propositions for email capture in collaboration with functional business owner. • Assess VNB, ROC, and ME associated with campaigns. • Collaborate with analytics on A/B and multivariate testing across campaigns. • Develop prioritization framework for campaign optimization. • Utilize six sigma principles for variation reduction. • Determine best reach out method for life event and demographic. • Develop new/innovative use cases using the customer data platform. • Extend the use of the customer data platform to new audiences, channels, and products. • Collaborate with stakeholders to socialize channel best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of relevant experience in a marketing environment. • Project management skills. • Indirect leadership skills. • Demonstrated ability to work independently. • Ability to work in a project-oriented team environment. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Previous experience managing customer-driven marketing automation initiatives. • Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce marketing cloud, test/learn, segmented and automated journey Benefits: • medical • dental • vision • employee assistance program • life insurance • disability plans • parental leave • paid time off • 401k • tuition reimbursement
