Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Chicago, Illinois. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Home Health • Discipline: RN • Start Date: 12/29/2025 • Duration: 13 weeks • 40 hours per week • Shift: 8 hours, days • Employment Type: Travel As a Home Health RN, you'll visit the home of each patient to provide treatment and/or palliative care. Daily tasks for a Home Health nurse include: taking vitals, drawing labs, doing wound care or dressing changes, assisting with ADLs, and other tasks.
