Responsible for execution and coordination of project, performance analyses, and reporting requirements for strategic planning, risk management and business case development. Aid senior and executive leadership with effectively deploying strategic objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Support the day-to-day needs of REL by leading a team to provide functional data analysis, project deliverables, and overall operational analysis to achieve strategic objectives. 2. Manage a team to prioritize analysis for each functional area to include originations, processing, underwriting, closing, national underwriting, post-closing, Home Equity, Community & Affordable Lending and the Implementation & Execution team. 3. Leading analyst to partner with the teams with the expectation to provide recommendations on reporting and actions based on data which helps improve profitability while reducing risk. 4. Provide strategic leadership, directing short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals / targets. 5. Providing monthly business review data and analysis to inform partners of performance trending. 6. Support the development and production of all forecasting with REL pertaining to closed unit forecasting used for operational capacity management and closed volume forecasting, headcount trend analysis used by finance in quarterly planning and hiring trend forecasting used for productivity analysis. 7. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including but not limited to, Capital Markets, Strategic Growth, Risk Management, Internal Audit, external auditors and consultants to elicit business needs, gather requirements and offer solutions. 8. Maintain and ensure the dissemination of daily production and oversight reporting. Develop reporting based on short- and long-term objectives. Working with the reporting factory on long term needs. 9. Prepare Senior Leadership presentations with complete analysis to assist in the decision-making process on complex problems. 10. Develop performance tracking where needed and analyze data to identify trends, deficiencies or opportunities and present findings with recommendations to retail leadership. Qualifications Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in business-related field, or equivalent education and related training 2. 7+ years of experience in any combination of finance, operations, risk management, quality assurance, consulting, product development project management, banking or equivalent 3. 3+ years of specialized knowledge in the mortgage industry 4. Proven ability to manage a team of engaged teammates 5. Ability to synthesize complex data and deliver findings in a simple and easy to read format 6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 7. Ability to lead and present in executive level meetings Preferred Qualifications: 1. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics 2. Advanced professional certification related to accounting or finance 3. Project Management Experience or Certification 4. Call Center experience 5.
