TrueSense Marketing’s already amazing client base is rapidly growing putting us in need of an SEM Coordinator to aid in the implementation, management, and optimization of our portfolio of Paid Search, Google Grant, Google Display, and Google Video campaigns. The SEM Coordinator will manage a suite of clients’ paid search and Google Grant campaigns. A thorough understanding of paid search account and campaign structure and best practices is imperative. You will aid the SEM Manager in the development and optimization of all PPC (paid search (Google & Bing), Google Display, Google Video, Yahoo! Gemini) efforts that generate qualified web traffic and conversions for identified KPIs. This includes keyword research, keyword optimization, ad copy, and ad extension copy development, campaign and account structure builds, pacing, and more. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with the implementation and optimization of SEM/PPC. They will also be experienced and comfortable auditing and analyzing data within Google Analytics. Familiarity with various keyword research tools is a must (i.e. SEMRush, SpyFu, Moz, Search Console, etc). This position offers the opportunity to work with an impressive client portfolio. Essential Functions: • Contribute to the planning, budgeting, keywords research, ad copy development, strategic development, and implementation of search marketing campaigns for a portfolio of clients • Analyze performance data and KPIs • Assist in the client-facing communication of strategy, implementation, and outcomes • Oversee the analysis of performance data and make campaign optimization recommendations • Stay up-to-date with new trends and industry news and share with the broader team • Works with internal cross-functional teams to develop integrated approaches to campaigns as part of our client proformas • Report to the SEM Manager and work with them to fine-tune processes, monitor campaign performance, and provide recommendations to improve performance and scale accounts Education and Experience: • 1-3 years experience in SEM campaign management (Google, Microsoft, Yahoo! Gemini) • Certifications in Google Ads. Google Analytics and Microsoft Ads certifications are a plus. • Working knowledge of Google Analytics • Proficient with common keyword research tools (i.e. SEMRush, SpyFu, Moz, etc). • Familiar with cross-channel optimization, including paid social and programmatic • Familiar with Google Grants and/or non-profit fundraising marketing efforts • Working knowledge with optimizing paid search for eCommerce and/or conversion tracking • In-depth knowledge and understanding of direct-response best practices, strategy, and tactics. • Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proven ability to work independently while juggling priorities and completing all responsibilities on time at a high level • Excellent verbal and written communication skills We offer a comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k) + match, STD/LTD, generous PTO, Parental Leave, EAP, and 11 paid Holidays.
