Chief Financial Officer - Pharmaceutical Services – Equity opportunity Our client is a highly successful middle market pharmaceutical services business with a reputation for best-in-class services and is positioned to grow significantly. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to be a key element of the executive team and to partner strategically with the CEO while building out and managing a sophisticated financial function in a high-growth, tech enabled enterprise. This individual will have a proven understanding of the nuance of the pharma services space. You will be required to understand and communicate the key drivers of the business as strategies are executed against corporate objectives for growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have previous experience introducing process and technology to support significant growth. There may be occasional short-duration travel to locations such as Toronto and Paris. Our client offers an attractive compensation package which includes a bonus incentive program and an intriguing equity stake in the business.
