At Truelogic, we are a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services. We are seeking a skilled PL/SQL Software Engineer to join our distributed agile team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our HRIS product suite. Requirements • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality PL/SQL code for new features and enhancements within our HRIS product lines. • Analyze, refactor, and modernize existing PL/SQL codebase to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability. • Collaborate within a distributed agile team, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews. • Proactively identify and implement performance optimization strategies for complex SQL queries and database procedures. • Utilize and champion the use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to enhance productivity, code quality, and problem-solving efficiency. • Create and maintain clear technical documentation for database designs, processes, and APIs. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex database-related issues in production and non-production environments.
