Position Summary As the Licensing and Credentialing Analyst, you will serve as the subject matter expert for our Compliance Rules Engine. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare regulation and product development. You will ensure our platform remains accurate, help prioritize new features, and provide expert guidance to our customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities • Regulatory Maintenance: Monitor national medical boards and healthcare agencies for changes in licensing, credentialing, and CME requirements; contact boards when needed directly to clarify complex regulations. • Product Optimization: Directly update the internal Compliance Rules Engine to ensure the platform accurately reflects current clinician requirements. • Product Gap Analysis: Audit current product features to identify opportunities for improvement and customer value. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Product team to prioritize, implement and test new software enhancements. • Knowledge Management: Document compliance updates and brief the wider organization to ensure all departments are aligned on regulatory changes as needed. • Customer Advocacy: Assist Support teams in resolving complex compliance inquiries and ensure customer feedback is integrated into the product roadmap. Requirements • Experience: 5+ years of direct experience in medical licensing, credentialing, or a high-level regulatory compliance role. • Research Skills: Proven ability to synthesize complex regulatory language into actionable requirements. • Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of databases and using administrator software tools and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar Google suite tools. • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and workflows to recommend process improvements. • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with a high degree of professional follow-up. • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications • CPCS Certification: Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist. • Specialized Knowledge: Experience with licensing in Radiology or across multiple medical specialties. • Software Savvy: Previous experience using or implementing specialized credentialing software.
