The Warehouse Associate is responsible for inbound receiving and outbound shipping, including unloading, checking in, and storing materials. They also participate in inventory control and ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
Candidates should be able to handle materials of various shapes and sizes and follow inventory control procedures. Adherence to safety protocols and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
Job Description: Inbound Receiving & Outbound Shipping: Receive, unload, check in, and store materials Be able to unload, handle, and maneuver materials of all shapes and sizes Securely package material shipping UPS Palletize and wrap material for secure freight transport Load trucks and ensure no damage to material during transit Inventory Control: Be able to organize and label thousands of items Participate in regular cycle counts ensuring accuracy of inventory on hand Utilizes and follows True Up’s Inventory Control Standard Operating Procedures Safety & Company Policy: Report to work as scheduled, on time and prepared to work Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures Observe safety and security procedures as applicable and report potentially unsafe conditions to management Wear personnel protective equipment (PPE) always Perform other related duties as assigned by management True Up is an equal opportunity employer.
