Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Windermere, FL. The individual in this role will be responsible for generating and closing sales, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities. Key day-to-day tasks include providing exceptional customer service, creating and implementing sales strategies, and achieving or surpassing sales targets. Additional responsibilities may involve maintaining knowledge of products or services and collaborating with the team to enhance sales performance. Qualifications • Sales, negotiation, and ability to meet sales targets • Customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal skills • Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork • Basic knowledge of sales software/tools and ability to adapt to new technologies • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently • Prior sales or retail experience is highly preferred • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
