Headline We are looking for a full-stack generalist who feels like their strength is learning and delivering new things fast. Experience with AI in non-chat applications in production is a plus. Mission Help us build and scale the dashboards, integrations, and statistical QC tools that power our employment verification platform. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, data quality, and AI-enabled processes. Outcomes • Build and test new integrations with third-party systems. • Develop dashboards to monitor employment verification call center processes. • Design and implement statistical and AI-driven QA/QC tools for process monitoring and improvement. • Maintain and improve selected existing code in Python/Django/VueJS. Competencies • Strong experience in Python and web frameworks (Django, VueJS). • Comfortable with building new tools from scratch and also maintaining/improving existing systems. • Solid understanding of data quality, process monitoring, and statistical testing.
