Envision Counseling is seeking Fully Virginia Licensed Outpatient Therapists (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to become integral members of our vibrant team. Ideal candidates will provide a minimum of 28-30 billable hours per week for full time, 5-20 billable hours a week for part-time. About the Role As a therapist at Envision Counseling, you'll provide initial assessments and ongoing treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults facing various mental health challenges, substance use issues, relationship conflicts, or other life concerns. With the majority of our clients receiving teletherapy, you'll enjoy the flexibility of scheduling and the convenience of either in-person, remote work or both. Our streamlined electronic health record system ensures efficient and compliant documentation, allowing you to concentrate more on client care. Duties and Responsibilities • Provide outpatient behavioral health services, including individual, family, and couples counseling • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments • Prepare service plans incorporating client and family input • Utilize strength-based interventions to foster positive change • Collaborate with professionals to ensure coordinated care • Respond to crisis situations as needed Join Us Today!
