The role requires 5–15 years of software engineering experience, Python, JavaScript, cloud infrastructure, customer-facing production systems, and healthcare or life sciences experience.
About the Role Join a healthcare AI team delivering production agent systems for health systems, providers, and life sciences organizations. What You'll Do Lead client engagements end to end, including pre-sales demonstrations, requirements gathering, system design, integration, implementation, and post-launch support. Experience designing complete system architectures and producing architecture diagrams, as well as owning client delivery from scoping through integration and support. Strong client-facing communication skills, including leading technical sessions and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences. Healthcare or life sciences experience, such as health insurance, patient services, specialty pharmacy, clinical operations, pharmacovigilance, or HIPAA compliance. Fluency in Python, JavaScript or Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and React, plus cloud infrastructure experience with AWS or GCP. Experience building data and machine learning pipelines, including ETL/ELT, document ingestion, unstructured data workflows, or predictive models. Experience with LLM systems or AI agents, including prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs, guardrails, or observability, is valuable. Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
