Partner with Product Managers and Technical Leads on prioritization, architecture decisions, and cross-functional alignment. Support effective onboarding and maintain clear documentation and ownership boundaries. What We're Looking For At least 8 years of software engineering or engineering management experience, with a progressive path from individual contributor work into engineering management. Strong backend engineering experience and hands-on TypeScript skills, including willingness to complete a live coding exercise. Experience with TypeScript and modern web and backend technologies such as React, Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Comfort using AI tools in engineering workflows, with familiarity with AI product development practices such as evaluations, experiment design, or dataset curation.
