We’re searching for a Senior Customer & Marketing Insights Analyst to join a forward-thinking client. This is a critical role that influences strategy across marketing, sales, product development, and more. This role is 5-10 hours a week and you must live in MN, TX or IL. Is this you? About the Role Do you thrive on uncovering insights that drive business strategy? Are you passionate about research, data, and telling the story behind the numbers? In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted research consultant—designing and executing qualitative and quantitative studies, analyzing trends, and delivering actionable insights. Your work will shape how the company engages with customers, makes strategic decisions, and builds a truly customer-centric culture. What You’ll Do • Act as an internal research and insights consultant across marketing, sales, operations, and product teams • Translate business needs into clear research goals and designs • Lead qualitative and quantitative research, including methodology design, survey creation, data collection, and reporting • Analyze and interpret findings to create compelling, story-driven presentations and recommendations • Train departments and teams on research and insights best practices • Partner with stakeholders to foster a culture of data-driven decision making • Monitor industry and customer trends, delivering proactive insights • Identify and manage external research vendors when needed • Mentor junior analysts and support departmental process improvements What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required) • 5+ years of experience in market research, customer insights, or competitive intelligence • Strong consulting and interpersonal skills with the ability to earn trust at all levels • Proven expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods • Advanced analytical and reporting skills—able to synthesize complex data into clear insights • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to leadership • Strong business acumen and practical problem-solving approach • Project management skills with ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) Preferred: • MBA or advanced degree • PBM or healthcare industry experience • Experience with Qualtrics or other survey platforms Apply Now $30-50/hour DOE.
