We have new jobs/Contracts and are looking to fill in knowledgeable skilled crew leads and helpers. 2026 1st Quarter has a full calender schedule ahead . • MUST HAVE -TRANSPORTATION -EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE We are seeking a motivated and versatile Maintenance Person/Laborer to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and general labor tasks across various projects. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure that facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, develop your skills, and be an essential part of our team’s success. Responsibilities • Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting to uphold facility standards • Use tools such as hammers, drills, saws, and ohmmeters to diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently • Assist with construction projects, installations, and remodeling activities as needed • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs and address them promptly • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and materials after use • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards • Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Qualifications • Proven experience in maintenance person work or general labor roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters effectively • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail • Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks throughout the day • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude • Basic understanding of electrical systems or plumbing is a plus but not mandatory Join us to bring your hands-on skills to life in a fast-paced environment where your contributions truly make a difference!
