eCommerce Marketing Coordinator (Shopify, Amazon) Title: eCommerce Marketing Coordinator Location: Willowbrook, IL Type: Full-time; Hybrid (2-3 days/week in-office) Compensation: Negotiable; based on experience Exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual in a mid to entry-level role on our dynamic eCommerce Marketing team. Job Responsibilities: Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, as an eCommerce Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our Shopify and Amazon businesses. You will provide valuable support for all Digital Marketing Campaigns and eCommerce initiatives, ensuring a best-in-class, brand-unified user experience across platforms. Other key responsibilities include: • Web Management: Responsible for daily maintenance of Shopify sites, Amazon, and other emerging online marketplaces, including catalog management, visual merchandising, review moderation, and SEO optimization. • Product Launches and Promotions: Support new product launches and promotions from concept to execution. Create and activate product detail pages, set up and monitor online promotions, and QA all launch-related initiatives. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Product Development, Creative, and Operational teams to coordinate timely launches, promotions, site updates, and alignment of key business initiatives. Act as liaison between Marketing and cross-functional partners to help facilitate alignment and success of eCommerce initiatives. • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performances and user engagement metrics. Use insights to drive online optimization and innovation strategies. Assist eCommerce Managers with KPI reporting to cross-functional partners and stakeholders. • User Experience Optimization: Support eCommerce Manager with research and implementation of best-in-class UX/UI practices to enhance the online shopping experience, ensuring a focus on the customer journey and brand alignment. Own tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other discipline requiring analysis and critical thinking. • Passion for Direct-to-Consumer online retail and a strong understanding of the Digital Shelf. • Team player with a problem-solving, results-oriented mindset. • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tight timelines. • Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and grow as an eCommerce professional. • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook is required. Knowledge of Shopify and Amazon Marketplace is preferred. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and oral. • Curious by nature and always looking for ways to innovate and improve. • Ability to prioritize and manage overlapping, process-driven tasks. • In-tune with online shopping and marketing trends across various platforms and ability to identify emerging trends.
