The Troy Learning Academy is looking to add professional, highly motivated, and passionate teachers to our team. We strive to provide the very best care for our preschool and child-care programs. Responsibilities for Lead Teacher include but are not limited to: • Safety and well-being of staff and children • Help implement curriculum on a daily basis • Daily parent communication • Creating a warm and nurturing environment • Being a great team player • Possess strong customer service skills with parents Qualifications / Experience: • Must have experience working with children • Child care and/or Preschool experience preferred: 1 year • Willing to continue on-going training and education • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour Work Location: In person
