Trotter & Morton Facility Services is recruiting a sales professional with proven success closing solution-based sales by meeting or exceeding targets on a year-by-year basis for our growing LINC Service Division in San Antonio. We are currently looking for a Project Sales Representative to join our team! This position is a great opportunity for a technician to make a transition to an office career. What's In It For You • Base salary: $60K - $80k+ • Commissions: unlimited earning potential for all new project sales made • 10 days paid vacation • 16 hours of PTO • Additional sick time based on state regulations • Monthly car allowance • Company provided cell phone and laptop • Insurance - medical, dental, life, short-term, and long-term disability • 401(k) with company match Roles and Responsibilities • Identify new sales opportunities with existing customers • Increase sales from existing customers by proactively identifying opportunities to improve their facility environment and equipment • Acquire referrals from both new and existing customers for new project sales. Maintain an active backlog of proposals to assure booking goal is consistently met • Survey mechanical systems and determine repair, modification and/or replacement requirements to provide solutions to problems. Interpret drawings, equipment, and job conditions • Estimate cost of repair, modification, and replacement of mechanical systems • Understand customer costs to own, operate, and maintain facilities and translate understanding into proposals and sales that will enhance the customer's facility • Preform other duties as required Required Skills • Hunter sales mentality, goal driven and self-motivated • Demonstrated record of success in selling services or other intangible business offerings • Self-disciplined, results driven, and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistent high performance • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a sales CRM program • Strong negotiation skills • Writing and presentation skills • Strong business acumen Required Experience • 2-3 years' experience with troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems • Knowledge of building codes / standards, and permitting • OSHA training • CPR/First Aid training is a considered an asset Additional Requirements • City travel may be required We firmly believe our employees are our best assets and we are committed to providing ongoing training and support to allow them to reach their full potential.
