Airport Transfer Operations Coordinator (Hybrid Remote – Part‑Time) Compensation: • Training Wage: $14/hr • Post‑Training Wage: $16/hr (after demonstrating consistent independent performance) • Type: Contractor (1099) • Schedule: Part‑time (10–16 hrs/week after training) • Training: 4–6 hrs/week on‑site with the General Manager • Location: Must live within ~25 miles of Chester Springs, PA • Advancement: Coordinator → Operations Coordinator → Operations Manager About the Role TropicLink is a Managed Transfer Network supporting airport transportation across the Caribbean, U.S., Africa, and Europe. We work directly with booking companies (AGs) and professional suppliers — not retail OTAs. We are hiring an Airport Transfer Operations Coordinator to support our internal Flow‑Layer operations. This role ensures transfers move through our system cleanly with accurate timing, neutral communication, and proper supplier alignment. This is an operations role, not customer service. The position begins part‑time so you can learn the operational rhythm. As you demonstrate reliability, the role expands toward full‑time. Responsibilities • Maintain the communication loop between our team, suppliers, and booking companies (AGs) • Monitor transfer timing windows and provide accurate, neutral updates • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm assignments, ETAs, and status changes • Identify and resolve timing conflicts, delays, or last‑minute adjustments • Log communication and evidence to maintain operational truth • Follow TropicLink SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all communication • Support evidence collection and record‑keeping • Provide clear, factual updates to AGs and occasional direct website customers (~10%) • Assist with daily operational checklists and documentation • Work on‑site at least two days per week for training and alignment What We’re Looking For • Strong personal discipline and reliability • Clear, neutral, direct communication • Ability to follow structured SOPs • Comfort with routine, accuracy, and accountability • Ability to manage multiple timing windows • Steady, consistent work ethic • Transportation industry experience required; airport transfer experience is a plus • No drama, no excuses — dependable execution Work Environment Hybrid remote contractor role.
