Job Summary Because smoothies don’t manage themselves... We’re searching for a high‑energy, detail‑oriented, goal-driven, people‑loving Operations Manager to oversee our Tropical Smoothie Cafe located in a busy shopping center. Think of yourself as the captain of a small fleet—except instead of ships, it’s blenders, line checks, labor targets, and teams who rely on you to keep everything running smoothly. What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Daily Smoothie Blend): • Lead, coach, and develop your team and shift leaders • Ensure the café exceeds operational standards, speed of service goals, and guest satisfaction targets • Monitor labor, cost of goods sold, and guest satisfaction scores. • Conduct regular store inspections to ensure you are health department ready 100% of the time • Hiring, training, and performance management • Keep the atmosphere positive and upbeat, the standards high, and the orders flowing • Create financial reports weekly and ensure we stay on target with the cafe's goals- Or exceed them!
