Trophy Exteriors is expanding into St. Louis, and we are looking for a driven, high-performance General Manager to lead this market- we'll take care of the scaling This is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to help build something and be a part of something excellent. We are a fast-growing roofing and exterior restoration company expanding across multiple states nationwide. Our culture is built on ownership, excellence, discipline, faith, and results. If you have sales experience (especially door-to-door), leadership instincts, and a desire to grow with a company that is scaling aggressively, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. What You’ll Do As the General Manager for St. Louis, you will: • Lead the growing sales team in your market • Train, and develop door-to-door and field sales reps • Drive revenue and market penetration • Identify operational challenges and proactively solve problems • Oversee day-to-day market performance and accountability • Set the culture and standard for professionalism in your territory • Represent Trophy Exteriors with integrity and confidence You will be responsible for results.
