Job Description: • Own full-cycle recruiting for Talent team roles — including recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators • Partner directly with Talent and People leaders to define role needs, align on success signals, and drive hiring outcomes • Source exceptional recruiting talent, with a focus on high-caliber profiles who thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, with memorable moments. • Help shape how we hire build a world-class people org.
