Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TRM Labs is a blockchain intelligence company on a mission to build a safer financial system. They are seeking a Talent Brand & Programs Manager to drive strategic initiatives that enhance their employer brand and improve the candidate experience through innovative programs and content management. Responsibilities • Design and lead scalable employer brand programs, rooted in TRM’s values and hiring strategy • Build and manage a strategic content calendar across multiple channels (social, blog, email, internal comms) • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop custom brand toolkits for hard-to-hire roles • Collaborate with Marketing and Comms to extend TRM’s voice into candidate-facing moments • Develop systems to measure the reach, engagement, and impact of our talent brand efforts • Stand up internal operating models and templates for faster execution and iteration • Advise on brand strategy in partnership with the Talent Events lead—without owning logistics or execution Skills • 5+ years in employer brand or talent brand programs • Strong program management skills and ability to scale what works • Proven ability to build brand strategy and drive execution end-to-end • Exceptional writing and editing chops, with a sharp eye for narrative and voice • Comfort operating autonomously in a high-velocity, fast-changing environment • A systems thinker who thrives on building repeatable playbooks and programs • Experience with data and analytics to track campaign performance, report on outcomes, and optimize content strategy Benefits • May be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan.
