They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that customer-facing applications meet user needs and business goals. Responsibilities • Define product strategy and roadmap for key customer-facing applications. • Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to shape solutions. • Translate business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria. • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans. • Guide Agile teams to deliver high-value work every sprint. • Document functional and technical specifications. • Track and communicate product updates to impacted teams. • Participate in system testing and validation. • Manage vendor relationships and third-party resources as needed. • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements. • Juggle multiple priorities and keep projects on track—and on budget. Skills • 5+ years of product management experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams. • Comfortable leading projects from idea to delivery. • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies. • Familiarity with collaborative tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA. • Strong understanding of software development and business processes. • Bonus points for experience in development or technical roles.
