In this strategic role, you’ll drive product direction, partner with cross-functional teams, and bring solutions to life that delight our users and meet real business needs. A Day in the Life: Every day brings something new—and that’s part of what makes this role exciting. You’ll start by aligning with business stakeholders and developers to set priorities and refine features. Your morning might involve translating business challenges into clear user stories with thoughtful acceptance criteria. Afternoons could be spent collaborating on Agile sprints, reviewing roadmaps, or leading system acceptance testing. Throughout it all, you’re the voice of the product, always keeping users at the heart of every decision. What You’ll Be Doing: Define product strategy and roadmap for key customer-facing applications. Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to shape solutions. Translate business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans. Guide Agile teams to deliver high-value work every sprint. Document functional and technical specifications. Track and communicate product updates to impacted teams. Participate in system testing and validation. Manage vendor relationships and third-party resources as needed. Provide ongoing production support and enhancements. Juggle multiple priorities and keep projects on track—and on budget. What Makes You a Great Fit: Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS or related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of product management experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams. Comfortable leading projects from idea to delivery. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with collaborative tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA. Strong understanding of software development and business processes. Bonus points for experience in development or technical roles.
