Job Summary: We are seeking a Level 2/Level 3 Audio Visual Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio and visual equipment for various events and presentations. Expected to be able to troubleshoot and fix equipment as well. Direct CISCO experience is required. Duties: - Install, maintain, and operate audio visual equipment including projectors, sound systems, video screens, microphones, and lighting systems - Set up and troubleshoot audio and video conferencing systems - Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly before events - Provide technical support during events as needed - Assist with cabling and wiring as required - Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of audio visual equipment Qualifications: - Mechanical knowledge to handle equipment setup and breakdown - Understanding of low voltage systems for audio visual setups - Knowledge of Electrical Installation (E I) practices - Proficiency in software troubleshooting for AV systems - Ability to telecommunicate effectively with team members and clients - Experience in field service for on-site support - Familiarity with cabling standards and practices - Basic knowledge of computer hardware components This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge audio visual technology in a dynamic environment.
