Job Summary and Qualifications The Home Health Sales Executive is responsible for coordinating business development and educating patients, insurance companies, physicians, and the broader community. This role ensures seamless communication among everyone involved in patient care and assists in developing community home health programs alongside the Clinical Services Director. Key Responsibilities: • Establish strong relationships with referral sources through education and business plan presentations. • Engage actively in community networking and marketing initiatives. • Communicate progress and share insights with leadership. • Identify and explore new markets for service promotion. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a Licensed Nurse preferred. • At least two years of experience in sales or public relations, ideally in home healthcare. • Reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance. • Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
