This role is ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, creating new relationships, and driving growth through proactive market engagement. You will be responsible for expanding our client base across industries such as IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other professional sectors. Required Experience & Skills · 10+ years of Business Development experience in the US Staffing industry . · Proven track record of successfully hunting and onboarding new clients —preferably mid-market and enterprise accounts. · Strong understanding of MSP/VMS-driven programs and staffing procurement processes. · Solid network across industries such as IT, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Professional Services, or Non-IT verticals. · Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities. · Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-focused environment. Nice-to-Have · Experience generating business with organizations supported by MSPs or workforce programs. · Prior success in building long-term partnerships with high-volume staffing buyers.
