Be ready to give examples. * Camera on. Video is required throughout the interview process and expected for standups, sprint ceremonies, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Preferred Qualifications: * Salesforce Experience Cloud or Digital Experiences development experience. * Lightning Web Components, or a willingness to learn them quickly. * Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder. * Higher education web experience, particularly student portals, admissions funnels, or academic catalogs. * Modern JavaScript framework experience: React, Angular, or Vue. * Accessibility tooling: axe, WAVE, JAWS, NVDA, or comparable. * Digital Analytics Program (DAP), Google Analytics, or comparable platforms. * Marketing automation and campaign email template development. * Git and version-controlled deployment workflows. * Prior federal contract experience.
