What You'll Achieve As our Senior Product Manager, you'll shape the future of career transformation technology while directly impacting thousands of students' lives. You will create a standardized student experience across all programs ensuring our students have an unparalleled learning experience through all of our programs. What you will do Strategic Leadership Define and execute comprehensive product strategy for TripleTen's US market expansion Lead cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough educational experiences that drive measurable career outcomes Partner with executive leadership to align product vision with business objectives and market opportunities AI and Technology Ambassador Streamline our processes with elegant system architecture paired with automation Champion the use of AI within our product organization Data-driven Decision Making Implement data-driven frameworks to measure and improve key outcomes: student satisfaction, program completion rates, and employment success Ensure all KPIs for student-facing roles are being properly measured and reported. Support the department heads in troubleshooting dips in their team’s performance Ability to design/build clean dashboards that make sense to a wide range of stakeholders Operational Excellence Optimize our support-heavy education model to deliver personalized learning experiences at scale Collaborate with marketing, engineering, design, and student success teams to create seamless user journeys Requirements What You Will Bring Experience & Expertise 12+ years of increasing responsibility in product/project/program management, with significant experience in support-intensive products Proven track record leading product strategy and execution that delivered measurable business impact Experience managing and mentoring product teams while building scalable product operations Must be based in the United States. Strategic & Analytical Thinking Demonstrated ability to translate complex market dynamics into clear product strategies and roadmaps Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and implementing insights to improve product performance Leadership & Collaboration Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without formal authority Experience working with cross-functional teams across marketing, curriculum, design, analytics, career, and customer success Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining focus on outcomes Ability to travel quarterly to domestic and international leadership events as needed by the business Technical Requirements Native English speaker or equivalent certification.
