The Role The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals and enhance employee performance and career growth. This role will partner closely with leadership and various departments to identify training needs, curate engaging content, and champion a culture of continuous learning throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough training needs analyses across all levels and departments to identify skill gaps, development opportunities, and emerging business requirements. Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy that supports organizational objectives, talent retention, and employee engagement. Stay ahead of industry best practices, innovative learning technologies, and adult learning theories to continuously improve L&D offerings. Program Design & Development: Design, develop, and deliver a wide range of learning programs, including but not limited to: new hire onboarding, leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills enhancement, and compliance training. Select and manage appropriate learning methodologies, including instructor-led training (ILT), e-learning modules, blended learning, workshops, webinars, coaching, and mentoring programs. Create engaging and effective learning materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and assessment tools. Implementation & Delivery: Facilitate training sessions (both in-person and virtual) for employees at all levels, ensuring a positive and impactful learning experience. Manage the learning management system (LMS), including content upload, user enrollment, tracking, and reporting. Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external vendors to deliver specialized training programs as needed. Plan, coordinate, and at times facilitate company-wide meetings - including managing content, logistics, and stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth execution and engagement. Evaluation & Reporting: Establish and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs, including ROI, participant satisfaction, knowledge retention, and behavioral changes. Prepare and present regular reports on L&D activities, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership. Continuously gather feedback to refine and improve existing programs and develop new initiatives. Collaboration & Communication: Partner with HR Business Partners, department heads, and senior leadership to ensure L&D initiatives are integrated with broader talent management strategies. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization. Communicate L&D opportunities and resources effectively to all employees. Budget Management: Manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and within established financial guidelines. Source and negotiate with external training providers and consultants. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or Organizational Effectiveness roles Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills (written and verbal). Demonstrated ability to assess training needs, design effective programs, and measure impact. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. US Jobs: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
