THE ROLE TRIP is seeking a hands-on, growth-oriented Director of Sales, Club to develop and expand our Club channel business across Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s Wholesale Club. This highly visible role is ideal for a sales leader who excels in an entrepreneurial environment, capable of navigating both strategy and execution while shaping our brand’s success in the Club sector. Key responsibilities: Build & Own the Club Channel Develop and implement the Club channel growth strategy, from annual plans to long-term visions. Serve as the primary liaison for buyers and merchant teams, fostering strong partnerships. Identify opportunities for new items, pack formats, and unique Club expansion strategies. Drive Revenue & Profitable Growth Own sales targets, forecasts, and trade investments for the Club channel. Lead discussions on pricing, promotions, and margins with a focus on profitability. Manage line reviews, product launches, and exits with a test-and-learn approach. Be Hands-On and Cross-Functional Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance for effective execution. Partner on innovation, packaging, and pallet-ready formats tailored for Club retailers. Address real-time challenges, including supply constraints and customer requests. ABOUT YOU 8–12+ years of CPG sales experience, with significant relationships in Costco, Sam’s Club, and/or BJ’s. Ability to use syndicated data and consumer data to frame commercial & category narratives to win Demonstrated success in building or scaling a business, brand, or channel, preferably in high-growth CPG environments. Strong understanding of Club retail dynamics, pricing strategies, and operational requirements. Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in dynamic environments with limited resources. Strong commercial instincts, financial acumen, and negotiation skills. THE PACKAGE The base salary range for this position is $140,000 – $160,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
