Title: Project Manager Location: St Louis, MO Duration: 6 months Overview Workforce Management is a strategy, planning, advisory and governance function within Strategy Enablement & Delivery team of Operations & Technology. This position will be responsible for managing a highly complex workforce compliance project and ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, and financial constraints. Major Duties & Responsibilities • Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes within budget constraints • Manages the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts • Accountable for the execution of established project management processes and methodologies • Conduced Steering/Operational/Leadership Committee Updates • Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Plan Skills/Abilities and Knowledge • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively • Ability to effectively analyze and interpret data • Ability to document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in collaboration and multi-site communication tools and processes • Experienced working virtually with remote teams Related Work Experience • 5+ years of Project Management experience • Knowledge of Advanced level Excel and Data Analytics • Workforce Transformation experience is a plus • Vendor Management experience is a plus Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is strongly preferred
